As we suspected, the Joyla hive had no activity today. Only a few struggling bees and we found the queen alive on the bottom of the hive. Swarmed or robbed? Not sure.

Checked Brisa hive and it looks good with the queen laying and some capped brood and lots of honey. Tested for varroa. Still 6/130 bees (still reduced from a month ago but too high). Dusted with powdered sugar. Saw some worms on the bottom board. Wax moth? Hive beetle larva? We’ll wait for a warm day to check it.
